Pear Sangaree is pleasurable sangria strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy pear viljamovka and 10ml pear syrup moini with 30ml pear soda as well as 30ml port wine white including 190ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just fill glass with ice and brunoise of pear then add pear brandy and add pear syrup. Add soda water and top with port wine and garnish with pear and grated nutmeg and served in a highball glass cold.
