Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less custard.
  3. Vigorously shake well.
  4. Julep strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with drops of custard or creme anglaise around edges to make a ring.

Pearl Necklace is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml butterscotch cream bacchus and 30ml whisky watkins with 30ml whisky cream hellyers rd as well as 10ml caramel syrup including 10ml custard creme anglaise also 100ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less custard and vigorously shake well. Julep strain into glass and garnish with drops of custard or creme anglaise around edges to make a ring and served in a saucer glass cold.
