Pepper Collins is enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka 42 below feijoa and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml pepperberry syrup native collection as well as 10ml bitters including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda then stir well and pack ice into glass. Strain into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
