Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Petruchio is nectareous heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin desert lime fosseys and 15ml aperol with 10ml whisky sullivans cove 12year as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a sherry glass cold.
