Method
  1. Put half the ice into shaker.
  2. Add half the mint to shaker.
  3. Add all other ingredients to shaker, less soda.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Stir in the soda water.
  6. Pour all into glass.
  7. Top glass with ice and soda water.
  8. Garnish with pineapple and mint.

Pineapple Mojito is zing average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml pineapple liqueur diablo and 15ml rum gold amber angostura 1919 with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml pineapple syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just put half the ice into shaker then add half the mint to shaker and add all other ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and stir in the soda water and pour all into glass then top glass with ice and soda water and garnish with pineapple and mint and served in a highball glass cold.
