Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm cream and mixing glass.
  3. Break down and crumble oatmeal biscuit into mixing glass.
  4. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  5. Stir well until warm.
  6. Pour all into warm old fashioned glass.
  7. Sprinkle maple sugar on top.

Porrige is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whisky canadian and 30ml cream with 10ml maple syrup as well as 50ml biscuit oats and served with or for breakfast. Just warm glass then warm cream and mixing glass and break down and crumble oatmeal biscuit into mixing glass. Add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until warm and pour all into warm old fashioned glass and sprinkle maple sugar on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
