Method
  1. Warm balloon glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pour into glass.
  6. Add warm cognac doughnut on the side.

Port Side is yum yum heavy cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac croizet vs and 15ml port with 15ml brandy blackberry paramount and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm balloon glass then warm mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and pour into glass and add warm cognac doughnut on the side and served in a balloon glass warm.
