Brandy Sullivans Cove sullivans cove brandy in this batch was aged for between nine and ten years in various oak ex tawny and oak ex casks distilled from a wide variety of wines including chardonnay pinot noir gewurztraminer sauvignon blanc cabernet sauvignon and merlot to achieve incredible complexity.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Port Wine is dainty very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml port wine and 30ml brandy sullivans cove with 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
