Method
  1. Add coconut rum to glass.
  2. Cut cake and add to glass.
  3. Pour a little coconut cream around cake.
  4. Pour advocaat over top of cake.
  5. Sprinkle a few coconut chips on top.

Pudin de Coco is pudding full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum coconut and 30ml advocaat with 10ml coconut cream as well as 50ml cake plain and best with dessert type dishes. Just add coconut rum to glass then cut cake and add to glass and pour a little coconut cream around cake. Pour advocaat over top of cake and sprinkle a few coconut chips on top and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
