Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Serve on a doily plate.
  6. Add a side serve of sponge biscuits for dipping.

Raspberry Dipper is enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml creme de framboise joseph cartron and 15ml vodka raspberry petrovska with 10ml raspberry syrup as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and serve on a doily plate and add a side serve of sponge biscuits for dipping and served in a saucer glass cold.
