Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add white and dark rum.
  3. Add soda water.
  4. Add lime and sugar syrup.
  5. Sprinkle bitters on top.
  6. Garnish with swizzle stick.

Rum Swizzle is interagire full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml rum double barrel beenleigh and 15ml rum light white buckeye with 40ml soda water as well as 10ml lime juice including 10ml sugar syrup also 10ml bitters together with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add white and dark rum and add soda water. Add lime and sugar syrup and sprinkle bitters on top and garnish with swizzle stick and served in a highball glass cold.
