Saffron Toddy is luscious full bodied cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum dark kimberley rum and 30ml pelinkovac badel antique with 10ml bitters celery as well as 10ml bitters quince including 10ml saffron syrup also 100ml water hot and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm glass then add saffron to warm mixing glass and add water and add the rest of ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into hot glass and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
