Salty Bird is inviting quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum demerara and 15ml campari with 20ml pineapple juice as well as 20ml lime juice including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and pinch of salt and shake well. Salt small part of rim and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
