Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Add light dusting of tajin on top.

Smoky Calabaza is comestible quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum black and 15ml whisky with 10ml bitters as well as 15ml coconut cream including 30ml pumpkin pulp also 10ml tabasco chipotle pepper sauce together with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and add light dusting of tajin on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
