Sunshine Cocktail

Rum Bundaberg

15ml

Vermouth Orancio Cinzano

10ml

Grenadine

100ml

Ice

Ginger

27% Alcohol By Volume

54 Proof

1.5 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with ginger.
Pleasant Tasting

Rum Bundaberg bundaberg rum is a dark rum produced in bundaberg it is often referred to as bundy.

Vermouth Orancio Cinzano

Grenadine grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Ginger ginger root called zingiber officinale is a rhizome ginger root or ginger is widely used as a spice.

Sunshine is pleasant tasting very strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum bundaberg and 15ml vermouth orancio cinzano with 10ml grenadine as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with ginger and served in a saucer glass cold.
