Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with basil.

Sweet Basil is divine strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin imperial measures and 60ml vermouth dry extra cinzano with 20ml basil syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and garnish with basil and served in a martini glass cold.
