Method
  1. Heat mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Heat glass.
  5. Pour into glass.

Tamagozake is enjoyable japanese sake medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine rice sake seikyo and 30ml egg with 10ml rice malt syrup and best with egg dishes. Just heat mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Heat glass and pour into glass and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
