Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Vigorously shake well.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Traditional Daiquiri is classic robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum light white and 30ml lime juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
