Tsaiya Duck is very enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 30ml mango liqueur massenez with 30ml mandarin juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and add whipped aquafaba on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
