Yasou is delightful very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml ouzo katsarou and 30ml zivania gold with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass over ice and garnish with roasted garlic on a toothpick and served in a martini glass cold.
