Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Strain into glass.

Pineapple Juice pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Bitters Quince from the makers ferdinands gin the riesling and quince bitters are made from riesling from famous zillinken estate and locally grown regional botanicals. these superb unique bitters add an incredible perfumed touch to cocktails.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yellow Flag is mouth watering strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml galliano and 15ml rum gold amber brix with 45ml pineapple juice as well as 10ml bitters quince including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
