Method
  1. Fill glass with ice cubes
  2. Add gin.
  3. Add yuzu juice.
  4. Top with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with slice for yuzu.

Built with 30ml gin dry vickers and 20ml yuzu juice with 50ml tonic water as well as 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just fill glass with ice cubes then add gin and add yuzu juice. Top with tonic water and garnish with slice for yuzu and served in a highball glass cold.
