Apple Sauced is beguiling full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon bib and tucker and 50ml cider with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml maple syrup including 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just fill glass with ice then add a little apple pulp to glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Dry stir well without ice and pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
