Method
  1. Warm small glass.
  2. Warm heat cubes and shaker.
  3. Add one anchovy to warm shaker.
  4. Add all ingredients to shaker and with a pinch of mixed spice.
  5. Quick shake to mix.
  6. Strain into glass.
  7. Sprinkle a little salt on top.
  8. Tasteful

Liquamen is tasteful strong cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml wine white and 25ml grappa gold luigi francoli with 25ml consomme fish and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm small glass then warm heat cubes and shaker and add one anchovy to warm shaker. Add all ingredients to shaker and with a pinch of mixed spice and quick shake to mix and strain into glass and sprinkle a little salt on top and served in a liqueur glass cold.
